Please note that although every effort is taken to ensure your garment is decorated perfectly, accidents can happen and we will not be held responsible for any errors (human or machine) that may occur on your supplied garments. No refunds or replacement will be offered.
Most orders are processed 7-14 working days. Depending on stock availability, quantity ordered and decorating process that will be used. Please make sure to mention your due by date so we can discuss all options and availability with you.
We prefer Cdr, ai, eps or pdf files. We can not print from png and jpg images. If not sure please email us and let's see what you have and what can be achieved.

Most of our items have a label on the inside with washing instructions, for anything printed we recommend cold wash, line drying, iron on reverse side, dont Iron over the print.
