Once we know what you are visualising and your requirements we will proceed with the following

Step 1: Send you a quote

You will receive a detailed quote outlining the cost of your custom printed shirts, including any additional services such as express shipping or special packaging. Review the quote carefully and confirm that all details are accurate.

Step 2: Send you an invoice once quote has been approved

Once a quote has been approved an invoice will be send for a 50% deposit. The balance of your invoice will be payable before you collect/ship your order.

Step 3: Provide visual mock ups to proof

After placing your order, you may receive a digital proof of your custom design for approval. Take the time to review the proof to ensure that everything looks as expected. This step ensures that there are no errors before moving forward with the decorating process.

Step 4: Production starts

Upon approval, we will proceed to order the blank garment items and prepare them for printing or embroidery. Once your design is approved, our production team will initiate the garment ordering process. You will receive notification once production is finalised.

Step 5: Will keep you informed of the process

Throughout the entire process, our customer support team is available to answer any questions and provide assistance. We are dedicated to ensuring that you have a positive and hassle-free experience when ordering.

Step 6: Receive and Enjoy

Upon receiving your order, inspect them to ensure they meet your expectations in terms of design accuracy and print quality. If you encounter any issues, contact our customer support team for assistance.
