Currency

All purchases are processed in Australian Dollars.

Return & Exchange Policy

We will exchange or refund your purchase (with prior notification) within 21 days of the original shipment date. All returned item(s) must be accompanied with a return form. The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to obtain an exchange or refund (minus any shipping costs.) We will not accept item returned otherwise.

Additional delivery charges may apply in some exchange/refund circumstances. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per ordered. Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a full refund or exchange at no cost to the customer.

Stock Levels

All orders are subject to availability of our suppliers, as this is not in our control. We do our best to keep our website updated with stock availability from our supplier, as sometimes our supplier has not updated the stock levels at time of ordering. Slight colour variations might also incur and this is out of our control.

Promo Printing will contact you asap of any stock shortage to offer a refund or substitute item. All monies will be refunded if we cannot supply the requested items within an agreed time.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Damaged products will be replaced with an exact replacement only or arrangement will be made to suit both parties.

Copyright

Infringement of copyright is an offence. If the legal owner of a design contacts Promo Printing they will be directed to the client who provided that design for printing. By placing an order with us, you declare that you own the rights to print the image provided.
